Sam and Anyssa had a small, intimate elopement in Downtown Lancaster PA. Then went bar hopping and bowling with their closest friends and family. Check it out!
When Sam and Anyssa were planning their day, they wanted it to be as true to them as possible. An elopement in Downtown Lancaster PA focusing on close friends and family, and good drinks. All held in an area they call home. The ceremony was held in a local park with their best friend officiating. They exchanged vows and told stories of the past along with visions of their future together. Friends and family, and their Bernese mountain dog, watched and listened as they sealed their marriage with a kiss. And to quote Sam, “alright let’s drink!”
Upon finishing the ceremony, we all went to their favorite bar in Downtown Lancaster for cocktails and snacks. There were laughs and clinks. It was time for dinner so everybody made their way to The Horse Inn, one of their favorite restaurants. It was a cozy vibe that felt more like a hangout than a wedding. Everyone ate and drank, and their cake was brought out. Sam and Anyssa shared a first dance and everyone cheered.
The only way to top off the night, was with some bowling. We all went to Decades, a local bar/bowling alley, for a game of bowling. They wore custom matching bowling shirts, played arcade games, and threw some strikes. A great way to end the night.
Sam and Anyssa’s wedding was truly a testament in having a wedding that encapsulates who they are and what’s important to them.
