A love that started in the early days of Covid Lockdowns, Ashley & Ian began there relationship with a trial by fire. Living together and navigating the new life that 2020 brought, they learned more and more about each other and why they simply work. With restrictions lifted, they were able to explore and build. They’re mutual love for music concerts and music festivals lead them on their journey for adventure. Traveling and camping, they were living their best lives. When it came to planning their wedding, they knew they couldn’t possibly do something ordinary. A music festival themed wedding was truly the only possible way to go.

A+I ‘Fest 2023

Ashley & Ian’s music festival wedding began with a welcome party. Loved ones gathered from all over the world, over live music. Guests spent the night in glamping yurts, VIP festival style. The morning began with a beer pong tournament and food trucks. Ashley & Ian prepared for their day, and through nerves and excitement, they shared their first look and vows of love to each other. Their ceremony was opened to the amazing vocals of our second act, Kevin Ludwig Music (his voice is insane). They toasted champagne, had their first kiss as a married couple, and walked down the aisle to forever.

Their reception kicked off their headliner for the evening, The Dundies. Everyone danced and danced and danced. Smoke machines and pop punk music and glow sticks, everything you could want from a reception. As the Night went on, everyone made their way to the basement for the Afters hosted by DJ Patrick Zurn. The drinks were flowing, the house music was playing, it was the perfect way to end the perfect day.

Ashley + Ian know how to party. From hosting get togethers in there apartment, to going to concerts and music festivals. Where ever they are, they are there to have fun. That was the vibe for their Music Festival themed Wedding. Getting everyone together to share in a festival experience, headlined by their love. Finding the balance to show off the different vibes of the different sections of the weekend was my goal. The intimate and warm welcome party to the crazy energy of the reception to the off the walls dance party that was their after party. Bringing these pieces together was the key. Going from intimate and lowkey to fun big energy perfectly personifies who they are.
